얼마 전 포스팅한 Slant Magazine에 이어
DVD Savant에서도 2016 best 20 물리 매체를 꼽았다.
관심이 있다면 링크를 참조하길 바라며 나는 리스트 자체와 몇몇 타이틀에 대한 간단한 코멘트만 기록해둔다.
이미 갖고 있는 것은 파란 색으로, 특별히 관심이 가는 것은 빨간 색으로 표기한다.
1. Private Property, Cinelicious
- DVD Savant의 설명을 그대로 번역해보면 1959년에 나온, 할리우드 힐스에 사는 부유한 주부를 강간하려는 모략을 꾸미는 두 부랑자에 대한 심리드라마란다! 헐, 이것만으로도 입이 떡 벌어지는데 그런 소재를 이토록 정밀하고 섬세하게 다루는 영화를 본적이 없다니 기대가 되지 않을 수 없다.
2. The Executioner, The Criterion Collection
- 흥미롭긴 한데 블랙 코미디를 통해 정치 풍자하는 영화를 즐긴 적이 별로 없어 망설여진다.
3. Woman on the Run, Flicker Alley / Film Noir Foundation
- 영국의 Arrow Academy에서 동일한 내용의 타이틀이 발매되어 있어 다음 Arrow 할인 기간에 구매할 예정
